Amendment of section 245K 66. In section 245K of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of June, 1987,— (a) in clause (ii), the word "or" shall be added at the end; (b) after clause (ii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: — "(iii)the case of such person is sent back to the Income-tax Officer by the Settlement Commission under section 245HA,".
