Amendment of section 22K 86. In section 22 K of the Wealth-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of June, 1987,— (a) at the end of clause (ii), the word "or" shall be inserted; (b) after clause (ii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: — "(iii) the case of any such person is sent back to the Wealthtax Officer by the Settlement Commission under section 22HA,".
