Wealth-tax Amendment of section 2 51. In section 2 of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1937) (hereinafter referred to 16, the words, brackets and figures "sub-section (3) or sub-section (5) of section 16" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1989.
