Amendment of section 204. 61. In section 204 of the Income-tax Act, in the opening portion, after the word, figures and letter "section 194E,", the words, figures and letters "section 194EE, section 194F, section 194G, section 194H," shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of October, 1991.
