Amendment of section 6. 95. In section 6 of the Interest-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of October, 1991,—- (a) in sub-section (2), for the words "scheduled banks", the words "credit institutions" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), for the words, figures and letters "after the 31st day of March, 1985", the words, figures and letters "during the period commencing on the 1st day of April, 1985 and ending with the 30th day of September, 1991" shall be substituted.
