Amendment of section 143. 60. In section 143 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1A), after the words "as a result of an order under" the words, brackets and figure ''sub-section (3) of this section or" shall be inserted "and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1989.
