Amendment of section 194H. 74. In section 194H of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (2), after the words, figures and letters "on or after the 1st day of October, 1991", the words, figures and letters "but before the 1st day of June, 1992" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of June, 1992.
