Amendment of section 35. 97. In section 35 of the Wealth-tax Act, in sub-section (2), after the words, brackets and letter "clause (m) of section 2", the words and figures ", as it existed immediately before its- amendment by the Finance Act, 1992," shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1993.
