Amendment of section 5. 39. In section 5, of the Wealth-tax Act, in sub-section (i), after clause (v), the following clause shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1994, namely: — "(vi) one house or. part of a house belonging to an individual or a Hindu undivided family;".
