Amendment of section 116. 35. In section 116 of the Income-tax Act, after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of June, 1994, namely:— "(cc) Additional Directors of Income-tax or Additional Commissioners of Income-tax or Additional Commissioners of Income-tax (Appeals),".
