Amendment of section 4. 52. in section 4 of the Wealth-tax Act, in sub-section (1), in clause (a), in sub-clause (ii), after the words "not being", the words, figures and letter "a minor child' suffering from any disability of the nature specified in section 80U of the Income-tax Act or" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1995.
