Amendment of section 35CCA. 9. In section 35CCA of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), with effect from the 1st day of April, 1996,— (a) in clause (c), for the word "behalf,", the words "behalf; or" shall be substituted; (b) after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:— "(d) to the National Urban Poverty Eradication Fund set up and notified by the Central Government in this behalf".
