Amendment of section 112. 37. In section 112 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1) with effect from the 1st day of April, 1997,— (a) in clause (b), in sub-clause (ii), for the words "thirty per cent.", the words "twenty per cent." shall be substituted; (b) in clause (d), in sub-clause (ii), for the words "thirty per cent.", the words "twenty per cent." shall be substituted.
