Amendment of section 35AB. 13. In section 35AB of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for the words "in any previous year", the words, letters and figures "in any previous year relevant to the assessment year commencing on or before the 1st day of April, 1998" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1999. © Copyright.
