Amendment of section 115AD. 38. In section 115AD of the In­come-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1999, namely:— "(a ) income received in respect of securities (other than unit referred to in section 115AB); or" © Copyright.
