Amendment of section 28. 73. In section 28 of the Wealth-tax Act, for the words and fig­ures "under section 27", the words, figures and letter "under section 27 or an appeal filed before the High Court under section 27A" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of Octo­ber, 1998. © Copyright.
