Amendment of section 35. 97. In section 35 of the Wealth-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for clause (aa), the following clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of June, 1999, namely :— "(aa) a wealth-tax authority may amend any intimation or deemed intimation under sub-section (1) of section 16;". © Copyright.
