Amendment of section 158BFA. 59. In section 158BFA of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (3), in clause (c), after the words, brackets and figures "the Commis­sioner (Appeals) under section 246", the words, figures and letter "or section 246A" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2000. © Copyright.
