Amendment of section 275. 70. In section 275 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), in clause (a), after the words, brackets and figures "Commissioner (Appeals) under section 246", the words, figures and letter "or section 246A" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2000. © Copyright.
