Amendment of section 80G. 39. In section 80G of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2002,— (a) in sub-section (1), in clause (i), after the words, brackets, figures and letters "or sub-clause (iiihi)", the words, brackets, figures and letters "or sub-clause (iiihj)" shall be inserted; (b) in sub-section (2), in clause (a), after sub-clause (iiihi), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:— "( iiihj) the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabili­ties constituted under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Na­tional Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999); or". © Copyright.
