Amendment of section 195A. 81. In section 195A of the Income-tax Act, for the words "Where, under an agreement", the words, brackets, figures and letter "In a case other than that referred to in sub-section (1A) of section 192, where under an agreement" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2002. © Copyright.
