Amendment of section 115AD. 53. In section 115AD of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), in clause (a), for the word "income", the words, figures and letter "income other than income by way of dividends referred to in section 115-O" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2004. © Copyright.
