Amendment of section 272BBB. 58. In section 272BBB of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for the words "fails to comply", the words, figures and letters "fails to comply before the 1st day of October, 2004" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of October, 2004. © Copyright.
