Amendment of section 279. 62. In section 279 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for the words and figures "section 277 or section 278", the words, figures and letter "section 277, section 277A or section 278" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of October, 2004. © Copyright.
