Amendment of section 54ED. 14. In section 54ED of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for the words "from the transfer of a long-term capital asset,", the words, figures and letters "from the transfer before the 1st day of April, 2006, of a long-term capital asset," shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2007. © Copyright.
