Amendment of section 143. 47. In section 143 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (3), in the proviso, in sub-clause (ii), after the words "scientific research association or other association", the words "or fund or trust" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2007. © Copyright.
