Amendment of section 295. 58. In section 295 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (2), after clause (f), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:— "(fa) the form and manner in which the information relating to payment of any sum may be furnished under sub-section (6) of section 195;". © Copyright.
