Amendment of Act 14 of 2010 119. In the Finance Act, 2010, in section 83, in sub-section (3), for the portion beginning with the words "for the purposes of" and ending with the words "for any other purpose relating thereto", the following shall be substituted, namely:— "for the purposes of financing and promoting clean environment and energy initiatives, funding research in the area of clean environment or clean energy, or for any other purpose relating thereto.". © Copyright.
