Amendment of section 269T. 69. In section 269T of the Income-tax Act, in the opening portion, after the words "cheque or account payee bank draft drawn in the name of the person who has made the loan or deposit", the words "or by use of electronic clearing system through a bank account" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2015. © Copyright.
