PART IV AMENDMENT TO THE FINANCE A CT, 1999 Amendment of Second Schedule 137. In the Finance Act, 1999 (27 of 1999), in the Second Schedule, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Rupees eight per litre" shall be substituted.
