PART X AMENDMENT TO THE FINANCE ACT, 2007 Omission of section 140 159. In the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007), in Chapter VI, section 140 shall be omitted with effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
