Amendment of section 203A. 53. In section 203A of the Income-tax Act, after sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2015, namely:— "(3) The provisions of this section shall not apply to such person, as may be notified by the Central Government in this behalf.".
