THE SECOND SCHEDULE (See section 91) In the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act,— (1) | in Chapter 27, for the entry in column (4), occurring against tariff item 2701 12 00, the entry "10%" shall be substituted; (2) | in Chapter 72, for the entry in column (4) occurring against all the tariff items, the entry "15%" shall be substituted; (3) | in Chapter 73, for the entry in column (4) occurring against all the tariff items, the entry "15%" shall be substituted; (4) | in Chapter 87, for the entry in column (4) occurring against all the tariff items of headings 8702 and 8704, the entry "40%" shall be substituted.
