Amendment of section 271AAB. 103. In section 271AAB of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2017,— (a) | in sub-section (1), in clause (c), for the words "which shall not be less than thirty per cent but which shall not exceed ninety per cent", the words "computed at the rate of sixty per cent" shall be substituted; (b) | in sub-section (2), after the words "No penalty under the provisions of", the words, figures and letter "section 270A or" shall be inserted.
