Amendment of section 65 131. In the Customs Act, in section 65, in sub-section (1), for the words "With the sanction of the Assistant Commissioner of Customs or Deputy Commissioner of Customs and subject to such conditions and on payment of such fees", the words "With the permission of the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs and subject to such conditions" shall be substituted.
