Amendment of section 69 133 . In the Customs Act, in section 69,— (i) | in the marginal heading, for the word "exportation", the word "export" shall be substituted; (ii) | in sub-section (1),— (A) | for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:— "(b) the export duty, fine and penalties payable in respect of such goods have been paid; and"; (B) | in clause (c), for the word "exportation", the word "export" shall be substituted.
