CHAPTER X THE DIRECT TAX DISPUTE RESOLUTION SCHEME, 2016 Short title and commencement. 200. (1) This Scheme may be called the Direct Tax Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2016. (2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 2016.
