Amendment of section 252. 94. In section 252 of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of June, 2016,— (a) | in sub-section (3), in clause (b), the words "the Senior Vice-President or" shall be omitted; (b) | sub-section (4A) shall be omitted; (c) | in sub-section (5), the words "Senior Vice-President or a" shall be omitted.
