THE SECOND SCHEDULE [See section 110(a)] In the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act,— (a) | in Chapter 20, for the entry in column (4) occurring against tariff item 2008 19 10, the entry "45%" shall be substituted; (b) | in Chapter 84, for the entry in column (4) occurring against tariff item 8421 99 00, the entry "10%" shall be substituted.
