# The Finance Act, 2018, Section 128: Insertion of new section 12A

Insertion of new section 12A 128. After section 12 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:— "12A. Operation of account by differently abled persons.—Any depositor who suffers from physical infirmity, including blindness may operate and make a deposit through any literate individual whom he authorises.".
