PART XV AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT ACT, 2003 Commencement of this Part 209. The provisions of this Part shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification* in the Official Gazette, appoint. *31-3-2018†. †NOTIFICATION No. SO 1434(E) [F.No.3/10/2017-FRBM], New Delhi, the 31st March, 2018.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 209 of the Finance Act, 2018 (No.13 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st day of March, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Part XV of Chapter VIII of the said Act shall come into force.
