Amendment of section 33B 163. In section 33B of the principal Act,— (i) | in sub-section (1), in clause (c), for the words "the National Housing Bank", the words "the National Housing Bank or the Reserve Bank" shall be substituted; (ii) | in sub-section (3), for the words "the Registrar of Companies", the words "the Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank" shall be substituted.
