PART XII AMENDMENT TO THE UNIT TRUST OF INDIA (TRANSFER OF UNDERTAKING AND REPEAL) ACT, 2002 Amendment of Act 58 of 2002. 163. In the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002, in section 13, in sub-section (1), for the words, figures and letters "the 31st day of March, 2021", the words, figures and letters "the 31st day of March, 2023" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2021.
