Amendment of section 245-O. 76. In section 245-O of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:— "Provided further that the Authority so constituted shall cease to operate on and from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.".
