Amendment of section 115BAD. 53.  In section 115BAD of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), after the words "provisions of this Chapter,", the words, figures and letters "other than those mentioned under section 115BAE," shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2024.
