Members of the Command Area Development Board and members of the staff of the Command Area Development Board Offices to be public servants .- Members of the Command Area Development Board and the members of the staff of the Command Area Development Board offices shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
