# The Goa Highways Act, 1974, Section 58: Causing damage to highways

## Text

Whoever in contravention of sub-section (1) or section 54 wilfully causes, or allows any vehicle or animal in his charge to cause any damage to any highway, shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
