# The Goa Highways Act, 1974, Section 68: Certain persons to be public servants

The Highway Authority, the officers and other persons authorised or appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code. Central Act 45 of 1860.
