1[13. (1) The Board shall appoint the following Committees and different committees may be appointed for different areas of the State, namely :— (a) Curriculum Committee, (b) Examinations Committee, (c) Results Committee, (d) Recognition Committee; and (e) Finance Committee. 2[(2) Such Committees shall consist of the members of the Board only : Provided that no member of the Board shall be the member of more than one kind of Committee of these Committees and the members of the Committees shall hold office as such till they are members of the Board.] (3) In addition to the committees mentioned in sub-section (1), the Board shall appoint such other committees, if any, as may be prescribed and different such committees may be appointed for different areas. (4) These additional committees shall be constituted in such manner and the term of members of such committees shall be such as may be prescribed. ]
