1[2. Interpretation clause.-- In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-- (1) "Government" or "the Government" means, in relation to a State, the State Government and, in relation to a Union territory, the Central Government. 2** * * * (3) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules under this Act.]
